Lots of swimming, Southern cooking (had some alligator sausage this year!), kayaking and watching people flip over at High Falls. Crystal, Hershel and I offered our services as tow-kayaks for several hours to help everyone get back on dry land after they washed out over the falls. Many more flipped over than made it. ;)
